As part of this service to our customers North Supply have fully trained engineers available to perform pre arranged on site installations where we work in conjunction with the telephone system provider or maintainer to provide a fully integrated solution. Our engineers are trained to both install and train users on North Supply equipment connected to the complete spectrum of PABX and telephone systems encountered in the UK and beyond.Our objective is to provide complete customer satisfaction, from placement of order, right through to installation and beyond. The department operates a continuous development plan, to ensure that our engineers are always up to speed with the latest technological advances in our market segment.
Installations are always carried out to the highest industry standards, with only the best component parts, cabling and trunking. Each install is planned in advance and usually follows a site visit and inspection, allowing us to ensure all relevant UK PABX and telephony standards are observed by our engineers, and ensure all relevant health and safety standards are adhered to.
As well as the “On the road” staff, the department employs customer service specialists to keep you fully informed as to the progress of your new North Supply equipment installation.
